Online coaching


An online coaching service for those looking for advice on how to attain specific goals, be they weight loss, greater endurance, a new PB or injury prevention.

Included in the online coaching package is a personalised 8 week training programme, including strength and conditioning routines, weekly coaching feedback sessions, suggestions, tips, reminders and motivation.  The online coach is available to answer any running related questions, from pre and post race nutrition through to how to find new routes to run.
